President Barack Obama visited the College Heights Early Childhood Learning Center in Decatur, Georgia, where he elaborated on his plan to expand preschool dramatically - a focal point of his administration's second-term education agenda.

Obama told teachers that his proposal aims to give every child early access to a high-quality education.

President Obama wants to see that every four-year-old child gets the chance at an excellent education despite the income level of their parents, and he is pointing the country towards Georgia, where an excellent system is already in place.
